Starting out as a physical therapist in 2001, Andre quickly became interested in how our nervous system dealt with stress. Over the next fifteen years he studied neuroscience, peak performance, positive psychology and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which form the base of the 3BT framework.
After working with more than 5000 clients and running more than 35,000 one-to-one and group sessions, he launched Three Brain Training as a mental fitness programme, helping leaders to perform at their best, feel their best and thrive during turbulent times.
